Return Policy
We must be notified within 3 days of receipt.  We want our customers to be completely happy.
Products must be returned by customer in good condition within 14 days for Store Credit only.

Shipping Policy
Products will be sent to customer within 2 days of receipt of payment.  All products shipped using USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days).   Fa La Lo pays for insurance and delivery confirmation because we want your purchase to be safe, and trackable with USPS.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express using Pay Pal for online orders.
 
You may also call 1-603-431-0420  to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
